After Care Instructions:

We highly suggest to rinse off the sweat cream with cool water and mild soap after you are done using it. If you are taking a shower, wash off the hot gel first with cool water, then turn your water to hot. DO NOT STEP INTO A HOT SHOWER OR BATH WITH THE SWEAT CREAM STILL ON.
